Rhubarb Quark Cheese Shake
- 3 stalks rhubarb
- 60 g sugar
- 50 g quark cheese
- 40 ml cream
- 3 dl milk
- Peel from half an organic orange
Peel the rhubarb, cut it into pieces and simmer it with the sugar for 10 minutes, then cool.
Put all the ingredients into a Crystal or Copol bottle.
